MELBOURNE, Australia – 4 May, 2021— Xplor Technologies, a global platform integrating software, payments, and commerce-enabling solutions for businesses in Education, Boutique Wellness,Health and Fitness, Field Services, and Personal Services, has today announced it has agreed to acquire Australian childcare wait list and CRM software platform – MyWaitList. The acquisition of MyWaitList will jumpstart Xplor’s efforts to help families and children gain access to education as they manage new ways of working in a post-Covid world. It will also see Xplor accelerate its plans to help childcare services increase their occupancy, boosting the industry average past 75%.

Founded in 2012, MyWaitList was created as a specialised tool to help Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) providers manage enquiries and enrolments more effectively. MyWaitList offers a range of features for operators, including smart lead capture forms, online tour scheduling, email marketing, waitlist automation and deep performance reporting.

The acquisition will see MyWaitList integrated with Xplor’s product suite, including OfficePlaygroundHome and Space, helping families to seamlessly find and connect with care for their children. Space allows parents to enrol directly to a childcare centre; helping to increase occupancy for centres of all sizes and saving parents valuable time.

“From the beginning, we have always set out to help make education great by removing unnecessary administration for parents, educators and services,” said Xplor’s CEO of Education, Mark Woodland. “Today’s announcement of the acquisition of MyWaitlist with its powerful features and industry-leading platform, will help us give back more peace of mind to parents, and time to operators – so everyone can just focus on children.”

MyWaitList founder Stuart Rae confirmed, “I’ve always admired Xplor’s relentless commitment to positively changing the early education sector. I couldn’t be more excited by the opportunity to accelerate this positive change by helping to make it simpler and easier for childcare centres to focus on education.”

Available to services (subject to regulatory approval), and coupled with Xplor Space, Office and QikKids, increasing occupancy for childcare centre operators and families will become a whole lot easier.
